General Information

Story Spark Writing Coaching offers accessible, coaching-based support for writers at any stage of their journey, with a special focus on romance and mystery authors. Founded by a dyslexic indie author, Story Spark is designed for writers who need encouragement, clarity, and practical tools—not red pen edits or rigid productivity rules.

Services include help with getting started on a new project, working through creative blocks, developing a sustainable writing process, and understanding what type of editor or next step a manuscript may need. Sessions are especially welcoming to dyslexic, neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill creatives, as well as writers balancing caregiving or demanding schedules.

Story Spark does not offer editing or manuscript critique. Instead, coaching sessions focus on confidence, craft awareness, accessibility, and forward momentum—meeting writers exactly where they are and helping them move ahead with less fear and more intention.

Messy drafts are welcome. Perfection is not required.
